Allowing MT for vanity items = OKAY.
Allowing MT that in any way enhances a ship statistic or pilot skill = the end of Eve. Most of us will walk.
Players using RMT to buy their uber 0.0 alliance "power" is bad enough. CCP even considering doing the same with aurum makes me want to puke.
I happen to like this game of yours. Don't f*ck this up, come clean and let's all move forward.

People have a tendency to fear the worst when they don't have all the information they need to make an informed decision. So what they perceive may be far worse than reality. Either way, you, CCP, need to start being straight up with your customers.

We need to get off the whole "Incarna isn't a good expansion" thing.
We have seen the first phase. Once Incarna is fully rolled out, then let's call it what we think it is.
The truly pressing item here is AURUM for anything other than vanity items. We don't need to let anyone buy items that appear "magically" that help them have an in game advantage.
AURUM for vanity items only!

Then 6 months later, SUDDENLY GOLD RIFTER.
I'm fine with a gold rifter that has exactly the same stats as a regular rifter (and that a regular rifter was consumed to produce the gold one)
I'd even argue that this gold rifter pilot is at a distinct disadvantage. Everyone is going to want to blow his ship up really really badly.

It's too bad the big question keeps getting intentionally ignored.
I believe most of understand DUST514, being free to play, will have pay for items. The big question still remains.
Will AURUM be used for anything more than vanity items in Eve?
